    The book was very good but there were many distracting typos in the kindle edition All ff at the end of a word were transformed to ? so a word like staff was written as sta? All ffin the middle of a word were transformed into ffi so official became official I don't think the author wrote these words this way but must have been modified by the conversion to the kindle edition The same errors exist in the online kindle edition Bottom line is
